Attending a regular Oral hygiene recall every six months and getting scaling and fluoride done is very essential to maintain healthy gums and a cavity free mouth. The dentist will examine your x-rays, teeth, cheeks, tongue, floor of the mouth and your throat to see if there is any damage occurring and will then discuss preventative and treatment options.
